A pot of fresh cool Peppermint lip salve. This creamy gentle balm helps to end that horrid tight feeling and keep your lips soft and moisturised.
DESCRIPTION These lip balms are gentle and natural which have been made to be kind to lips whilst causing as little harm to the environment as possible. So we can claim they are free from lots of P's! - preservatives - parabens - palm oil - petroleum products and plastic.
We use sunflower and candelilla waxes instead of beeswax making them perfect for vegans. They taste and smell super fresh and cool thanks to the peppermint essential oil and with a tiny hint of chocolate flavour from the cocoa butter.
Made regularly in small batches to ensure they get to you as fresh as possible.
HOW TO USE With a clean finger use your nail to take out a small amount from the pot. Alternatively use straight from pot to lips. This balm has lots of butters and oils that are good for your skin so it can be used for dry patches to ease a bump or sore patch.
GOOD TO KNOW We try to source as many organic and fair trade ingredients as possible. These balms are 85% organic.
We love to recycle and are always on the lookout for better packaging. We're pleased with being able to use eco-friendly card pots that are compostable and hopefully will be fully composted within two years. We also use recycled biodegradable paper labels. The card may darken with use as the product is oily but don't worry it doesn't damage the lip balm or the pot.
Sometimes natural ingredients act differently to products that have added chemicals and preservatives. Because our lip balms are full of butters, oils and waxes you may notice it softens or melts in hot weather. Just pop it in a cool place for a while. Alternatively in cold weather the cocoa butter can form white streaks but this is perfectly natural.
There are some allergens in this product which are found naturally in essential oils. Although they are in very small quantities,it is always best to check if these are ok for you to use. Stop using if any irritation occurs.
